What is UrNotes?
UrNotes is a note-taking and contract app that lets you write notes with version history, lock them with timestamps, and record participants' responses to lightweight agreements.
What does locking a note do?
Locking finalizes a note in UrNotes and prevents later editing through the supported app and service workflows. The server-generated lock time records when that version was finalized. It is not independent proof of authorship or identity.
How do contracts work?
You can create contracts, add participants, review responses, and finalize the terms. A response records an account action in UrNotes; UrNotes does not independently verify a participant's legal identity, authority, or intent.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use Delete Account in Settings, or contact us for help at ssdgcomp@gmail.com. Verified full-account deletion removes your private content, including private locked records, as an exception to ordinary lock behavior. A content-free fingerprint, minimal security record, temporary backup remnant, or legally required information may remain.
Is my data private?
Records are private by default. A public link makes that record available to anyone who receives the link, so share it carefully. We do not sell personal data, and service providers process data to operate UrNotes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more details.
